The cheapest way to send money to Ghana is via a bank-to-bank transfer. With this method, you simply transfer funds from your personal bank account to a bank account in Ghana. Some banks, such as Washington Mutual, will even do this transfer for free if you have a checking account with them. However, bank-to-bank transfers can take up to two weeks and require you to visit the bank in person.

WARNING: Beware of scams! Never send money to anyone you do not know personally.
